The Services are provided for BQM’s own business use. You agree to use them lawfully and not to misuse them or attempt unauthorized access to any system or data.

Data connections

Certain Services connect to BQM’s own accounting systems (such as QuickBooks Online) to display financial information for properties BQM owns or manages.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. BQM is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
